The Milwaukee Art Escape Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sculpture Milwaukee, participating giveaway partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

During the Milwaukee Art Escape campaign, participants may enter by scanning the Milwaukee Art Escape QR code displayed at participating locations and completing the online entry form.

Participants may submit one entry per person, per participating location. For example, an eligible participant may enter once at each participating location where a Milwaukee Art Escape Giveaway QR code is displayed.

No purchase or admission fee is required to enter.

Entries must be submitted during the Milwaukee Art Escape campaign period, August 21 through October 6, 2026.

Giveaway winners will be selected at random within 14 days following the conclusion of the Milwaukee Art Escape campaign after October 6, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Selected winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

Winners must respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification.

If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is unable to accept the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Giveaway prizes may include merchandise, gift certificates, experiences, admission, or other items donated by Milwaukee Art Escape participating partners.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise specified by the prize donor. Prizes may not be exchanged or substituted, except at the discretion of Sculpture Milwaukee or the applicable prize donor.

Prizes will be mailed to winners using the mailing address provided after notification. Sculpture Milwaukee is not responsible for prizes that are lost, damaged, delayed, or undeliverable after mailing.

Winners may be recognized in the November Sculpture Milwaukee newsletter following the conclusion of the campaign.

Only information that may be publicly shared under applicable law and the winner's consent will be included in any public announcement.

Information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway and to understand participation in Milwaukee Art Escape.

Participants may also be asked to provide information about their visit, including the participating location where they entered, home city and state, and travel information. This information may be used to evaluate the reach and impact of Milwaukee Art Escape.

Any additional use of participant information for marketing communications will be handled in accordance with Sculpture Milwaukee's applicable privacy practices and any consent provided by the participant.

Prize packages are made possible through the generous support of participating Milwaukee Art Escape cultural and community partners.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sculpture Milwaukee, which are final and binding with respect to the giveaway.

Sculpture Milwaukee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.

Sculpture Milwaukee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration or integrity of the giveaway.
